Takamatsu Construction Group recognizes the managerial importance to properly use limited global resources.
Based on 3R Concept (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), we maximize the recycling of construction wastes such as concrete lumps and wood, as well as to minimize waste discharge.
It is also our belief that for the construction industry, to promote reforms, longer life construction as well as wind and solar power plants will lead into preservation of resources. Takamatsu Corporation, one of our core companies, builds almost all its architectures at least 15% stronger than the required level of Building Standards Law, which not only contributes to strength against earthquakes but also to longer life of buildings.
